La vie en rose – Valentine’s Chai

Sip into life through a rose-coloured lens when you try our Valentine’s Chai recipe!


  • 160ml Dilmah Rose with French Vanilla Tea (5 min. brew)
  • 60ml condensed milk
  • 80g grated white chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  • Add a little vanilla to the teapot and brew the tea for 5 minutes
  • Strain the tea
  • Add the grated white chocolate and the condensed milk and air the chai
  • Pour into a large coupe glass and garnish with a rose leaf
